What are the differences between the W, Z and X-Series models of the Sony BRAVIA LCD TVs specifically (like not just that the X is the best)?
What are the differences between the W, Z and X-Series models of the Sony BRAVIA LCD TVs specifically (like not just that the X is the best)?
And which model is worth getting if I’m going for a size 40″?

“W” Series:
-120 Hz
-30,000:1 Dynamic Contrast Ratio/3,000:1 Native Contrast Ratio
-8 bit screen
-Advanced Contrast Enhancer
-24p Cinema Mode
“Z” Series adds:
-Narrow frame/bezel with silver trim
-10 bit screen/processor
-x.v.Color/Deep Color
-Ethernet port for DLNA component hook-up
-Photo slide viewer
“XBR” Series adds:
-Thin frame/bezel with black piano finish
-Optional speaker grill colors
There is very little difference functionally or in picture quality between the “Z” and the “XBR” series other than price. The “Z” & “XBR” series have the best picture qualities but the “Z” is the best value and the TV I would recommend.
